用 dropit，就表示你同意下面这些条款。我们尽量写得短、写得直白，先说你最关心的几件事：免费版一直免费；付费版随时可以取消，任何一笔付款 7 天内无理由全额退款；你投递的内容只属于你，到期就删。
dropit 是什么
dropit 把你在一台设备上投递的文字、链接和文件，送到你自己的其他设备上。它由独立开发者以 smart-kits 品牌运营（dropit.smart-kits.xyz）。dropit 是投递工具，不是存储或备份：内容到期就会删除（见隐私说明），请不要把它当成唯一的一份。
账号
- 账号没有密码：每台设备拿到的钥匙就是登录凭证。免费账号丢了所有设备就找不回来。
- 付费账号可以用激活码找回，所有设备都不在也行：激活码在付款收据邮件里，找不到的话，在 Creem · My Orders 输入付款邮箱也能查到。激活码等于能加入你账号的钥匙，请像密码一样保管；如果有设备用激活码加入了你的账号，你的其他设备会收到提示。
- 账号里的设备由你自己加入和移除，你要对它们发出的内容负责。
免费版和付费版
- 免费版可以一直免费使用。
- 两档的上限（每天条数、单个文件、空间、设备数、保留时长、实时推送）以首页列出的为准，可能会根据服务情况调整。终身用户始终享有和付费版相同的功能和上限。
价格和付款
- 付费版：月付 $1.9、年付 $9.9（美元），结账时按你所在地另加税费。另有终身 $29.9，一次付清，限量供应。
- 付款由我们的经销商 Creem 处理，它是这笔交易的记录商户（Merchant of Record），负责收款、开票和各地税费。Creem 的买家条款也适用于你的付款。我们收不到也不保存你的卡号。
- 月付和年付是自动续费的订阅，每期到期时自动扣下一期，直到你取消。
- 随时可以取消，不需要说明理由：在网页收件箱「设备」页点「管理订阅」，或者回复付款收据邮件。取消后不再续费，已付的这一期照常用到期满。
- 终身：一次付清，以后不再付费；在本产品的整个生命周期内，享有付费版的全部功能，包括以后新加的。
退款
你的内容
你投递的内容属于你。我们只为把它送到你的设备而暂存它，不查看、不分析、不用于任何其他用途，到期即删除。详见隐私说明。
不能用 dropit 做的事
- 投递违法的内容，或侵犯他人权利的内容。
- 传播恶意软件，攻击、刷量、绕过限制或干扰服务。
- 把 dropit 当成给他人分发文件的服务，或转售、出租账号。
违反这些的账号，我们可能暂停或删除；因此被终止的付费不予退款。正常使用的人不会碰到这一条。
服务和责任
- 我们会尽力让 dropit 稳定可用，出了问题会尽快修好；但服务按现状提供，可能因维护、故障或服务商的原因暂时不可用。
- dropit 是投递工具，不是备份：重要的东西请另外保存一份。在法律允许的范围内，我们对内容丢失或服务中断造成的间接损失不承担责任，赔偿总额不超过你在此前 12 个月里为 dropit 支付的金额。
变更
条款有变化时，会更新这一页并改上面的日期；影响付费用户的重要变更会提前公布。

By using dropit you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and plain, starting with what matters most: Free stays free; Paid can be cancelled anytime, and any payment is fully refunded within 7 days, no questions asked; what you send is yours and is deleted when its time is up.
What dropit is
dropit gets the text, links and files you send from one device to your other devices. It is run by an independent developer under the smart-kits brand (dropit.smart-kits.xyz). dropit delivers; it doesn't store or back up: items are deleted when their time is up (see Privacy), so don't keep your only copy in it.
Your account
- There's no password: the key each device gets is how it signs in. A free account can't be recovered once every device is lost.
- A paid account can be recovered with its activation code, even with no device left: it's in the receipt email, or enter the email you paid with at Creem · My Orders to find it. The code lets a device join your account, so keep it like a password; if a device joins with it, your other devices are told.
- You add and remove the devices on your account, and you're responsible for what they send.
Free and Paid
- Free stays free.
- The limits of each plan (items a day, largest file, space, devices, how long items are kept, real-time delivery) are the ones listed on the home page, and may be adjusted as the service evolves. Lifetime always has the same features and limits as Paid.
Prices and payment
- Paid: $1.90 a month or $9.90 a year (US dollars), plus local tax at checkout. Lifetime is $29.90 once, in limited supply.
- Payments are handled by our reseller Creem, the Merchant of Record for the sale: it takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles tax. Creem's buyer terms also apply to your payment. We never receive or keep your card number.
- Monthly and yearly are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime, no reason needed: Manage subscription on the web inbox's Devices tab, or reply to the receipt email. Nothing renews after that, and the period you paid for runs to its end.
- Lifetime: pay once and never again; for the lifetime of the product you have everything in Paid, including what we add later.
Refunds
- Any payment (renewals and lifetime included) is fully refunded within 7 days, no questions asked: write to support@dropit.smart-kits.xyz or reply to the receipt email. We answer within 3 business days.
- After a refund or chargeback, what that payment bought ends at once and the account goes back to Free (unless another payment still covers it).
Your content
What you send is yours. We keep it only to deliver it to your devices; we don't look at it, analyze it or use it for anything else, and it's deleted when its time is up. See Privacy.
What dropit can't be used for
- Sending anything illegal or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Spreading malware; attacking, flooding, getting around the limits or otherwise disrupting the service.
- Using dropit to hand out files to other people, or reselling or renting out accounts.
Accounts that do may be suspended or deleted, and a plan ended for this reason isn't refunded. Ordinary use never comes near this.
The service and our liability
- We work to keep dropit running and fix problems quickly, but it's provided as is and may be unavailable at times — for maintenance, a fault, or a problem at a provider.
- dropit delivers; it isn't a backup, so keep your own copy of anything important. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from lost items or downtime, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for dropit in the 12 months before.
Changes
When these terms change, this page and the date above are updated; important changes for paying users are announced ahead.
